Bird song walks on 23 and 25 April
Environment Agency and voluntary nature conservation service invite you
The already traditional bird song
hike organised by the Environment Agency will take place again on Sunday, 23 April 2017, starting at 6 am. Under the guidance of active and experienced ornithologists, local birds will be observed and their bird calls explored. This bird song excursion will once again take you to the Stärkerwald forest and its surroundings.
The meeting point is at 6 a.m. on Pawlowstraße after the last residential building with the number 7. All nature conservation helpers and citizens interested in bird life are cordially invited.
On Tuesday, 25 April 2017, starting at 5 pm, the first excursion of the volunteer nature conservation service will take place this year. The natural history hike and "bird song hike for late risers" will be led by Jens Börner from the Environmental Agency, Lower Nature Conservation Authority, through Glösa.
The meeting point is 5.00 pm at the junction of Walter-Meusel-Straße and Schmidt-Rottluff-Straße. All nature conservation helpers and those interested in the topic are also cordially invited to attend.
Participation in both events is free of charge.
