Bernsdorf indoor swimming pool remains closed
Due to a technical fault in the pool water treatment system, the Bernsdorf indoor swimming pool has been closed since yesterday. An initial damage analysis has shown that the swimming pool will now have to remain closed for at least another two weeks. Companies are currently being commissioned to carry out the repairs.
The reason for the closure is damage to the filter in the water treatment system. This was revealed today when the filter was emptied by vacuuming out the filter substrate and activated carbon.
Visitors are asked to switch to the public swimming times in the 25-metre hall of the municipal pool.
