Beekeepers' Day at the Chemnitz Museum of Natural History
Topic: Is the future of bees in danger?
The Museum of Natural History invites you to the Beekeepers' Day on Saturday, 11 July from 1 pm.
Visitors will learn details about the construction of the glass beehive, which has been an attraction of the Insectarium since 1979. In addition, beekeeper Heike Janthur will give a vivid presentation on the subject of "Bee diligence and bee suffering" as well as exciting details about the life of honey bees and the work of a beekeeper. Visitors will also have the opportunity to taste the flavour of different types of honey.
It is not necessary to register.
Cost: 5 euros, concessions 2.50 euros | free admission for children and young people up to the age of 18
