Unfortunately, however, it happens time and again that consumers do not recognise rip-off methods correctly or in good time. The small print is overlooked, cost traps lurk, and unwelcome bills end up in the letterbox or email inbox. Last but not least, caution is advised when downloading films and music.
In the presentation, you will learn what to do in the event of data theft and what to look out for when concluding contracts on the Internet.
