Chemnitz City Library is offering new online courses on the topic of artificial intelligence. Whether as a creative gimmick or a smart productivity booster - artificial intelligence has long since arrived in everyday life. But how do you actually use this technology correctly? Which AI tool is best for me and where does AI reach its limits? What needs to be considered when using it legally, and what ethical challenges and risks arise?
E-learning courses
Chemnitz City Library offers support for precisely these problems and questions. Six new e-learning courses make it easier to get started with AI. How does AI really work, which queries (prompts) lead to customised results and in which areas can the technology provide useful assistance? The six compact units can each be completed in just 15 to 30 minutes.
Brockhaus - Simply AI!
The offer is rounded off by the online course "Simply AI! Understand, use, have your say" from Brockhaus. This online course offers an understandable and unbiased approach to the topic of AI and provides tips for using various AI tools. Legal and ethical issues are not neglected either. After all, only those who are aware of the opportunities and risks can use AI responsibly and confidently. In addition to topics such as the use of AI in everyday life and the right choice of AI tool, the technical basics of machine learning are also highlighted.
For library members, these offers are completely free of charge, anonymous and data protection compliant. You can log in with your library number and password.
