On Saturday, 15 November, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Bürgerstiftung für Chemnitz, the Volunteer Centre at the Caritasverband für Chemnitz und Umgebung e. V. and the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre are jointly inviting you to a theme day on the topic of being seen and appreciation in voluntary work.
Participation in all events on the theme day is free of charge. They will take place at the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre in the TIETZ, Moritzstraße 20, on the fourth and fifth floors.

Why is it important to recognise volunteer work? In what ways does working together in an organisation lay important foundations for the future? A panel discussion in the morning will be followed by selected workshops that specifically promote dialogue and mutual understanding.

The theme day is a cooperation between the Volunteer Centre at the Caritas Association for Chemnitz and the surrounding area, the Chemnitz Community Foundation and the Chemnitz Adult Education Centre.
