Appointments for Rabenstein and Morgenleite citizen service centres possible again
From Monday, 7 September, the Rabenstein and Morgenleite citizen service points will be open again for personal appointments. Appointments can now be made by dialling 115 or 488-3377. If you are unable to attend an appointment that has already been made, you must cancel it in advance.
The Rabenstein citizen service point has now moved and is now located outside the shopping centre, across the inner courtyard, at Oberfrohnaer Straße 72. The Morgenleite citizen service point can be reached as usual at Bruno-Granz-Straße 2.
The opening hours of both citizen service centres are as follows:
Monday 8 am to 12 noon
Tuesday 8am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 6pm
Thursday 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1.30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Personal documents can still only be collected from the Bürgerhaus am Wall.
Please wear a face mask when visiting the municipal authorities.
