On Sunday 8 March, International Women's Day, at 4 p.m., the wildlife park will also be devoting a special tour to the female sex in the animal world.
Is the female gender defined exclusively by her role as a mother? Or are there also female hunters, teachers or queens? And what about equal opportunities in the animal world?
These and other questions will be explored in a relaxed 90-minute tour. District manager Mathias Wagner will pay particular attention to the local wildlife.
The tour is not aimed exclusively at women; men can of course also take part.
Admission costs ten euros per person and registration is required by 5 March at tierpark@stadtchemnitz.de.
