"Am Südring" indoor swimming pool has to close temporarily
The "Am Südring" indoor swimming pool must remain closed to the public from 6 pm today.
The closure is for security reasons. Due to a break-in in which magnetic cards belonging to the locking system of the lockers in the changing areas were also stolen, the protection of bathers' property during their visit to the pool can no longer be fully guaranteed at present.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for the manufacturer of the cash register system to respond at short notice, meaning that it will probably not be possible to reopen the swimming pool hall before Tuesday, 6 February 2018.
School swimming and the subsequent courses can take place tomorrow, Friday. The CPSV competition planned for Saturday can also take place. The city will work with all other users (clubs) to find alternative options at short notice.
