Altenhainer Dorfstraße/Am Winkel bus stops to be remodelled
To improve road safety for pedestrians, the construction of two new lay-bys at the Altenhainer Dorfstraße / Am Winkel bus stops will begin next Monday. One stop area will be created in each direction of travel. The construction work also includes improving the road drainage in the area of the Einsiedler Weg junction and securing the existing embankment on Altenhainer Dorfstraße in front of house no. 33.
The work should be completed by 30 September. The construction costs amount to around 50,000 euros. Following a public tender, the company LHT -Land-, Hoch- und Tiefbau GmbH from Niederdorf was commissioned to carry out the construction work.
