On Thursday 17 September at 5.00 pm (doors open at 4.00 pm), community and social organisations in the city of Chemnitz are invited to a discussion with Mayor Thomas Kütter and other representatives of the city of Chemnitz. Representatives from these organisations will have the opportunity to showcase their achievements, raise concerns and suggest improvements, and explore ways to provide support through an open discussion.
The event will take place at the Luxor Chemnitz, Mittlerer Saal, Hartmannstraße 11.

These association discussions are intended not only to foster dialogue between the associations and the City of Chemnitz, but also to strengthen community spirit and cohesion within the city’s association landscape. Following the open discussion, the associations will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with one another.
Further club discussions will also take place at the Luxor Chemnitz on the following dates:
- 24 September, 5.00 pm: cultural, musical and artistic clubs (registration by 22 September)
- 30 September, 5.00 pm: sports clubs (registration by 28 September)
