In this course you will discover the culinary traditions of Vietnam. Vegetables are carved into various shapes and served. Fresh ingredients, warm flavours and rich colours characterise Vietnamese cuisine. These include delicacies made from herbs, vegetables, rice, meat or fish in spicy sauces and marinades. Selected recipes will give you an insight into the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine.

Sun salutation & summer wind - yoga in the park

Experience short yoga classes in the summer wind! In this course, gentle movements, conscious breathing and mindfulness are combined with the revitalising power of nature. Enjoy the lightness of summer in the park and do something good for your body and mind at the same time. Suitable for all levels - just bring a mat and get moving together.
The classes take place in the Park of the Victims of Fascism. The exact meeting point will be announced after registration. It is possible to use the changing rooms of the adult education centre before and after the course.
In case of rain, the courses will take place in the adult education centre, the course room will be announced on site.
Please bring: comfortable sportswear, trainers/anti-slip socks/warm socks, a towel, a drink

Crash course - nude and figure drawing for beginners

In this course you will learn the necessary skills for drawing nudes or a figure in space. Targeted exercises will help you to depict what you see in a convincing way. You will gain a feeling for the use of lines, surfaces, structures and perspective. With the help of a model, you will learn to correctly grasp human proportions in order to be able to draw figuratively. By the end of the course, you will have become familiar with a variety of drawing materials and techniques using pencil, charcoal, coloured pencil, pastels or pen and ink.
Please bring: soft pencils from 2B, charcoal, red chalk, watercolours, drawing paper from A3 or pastel paper from A3 or watercolour paper from A3
