Additional special vaccination campaigns without appointment
On 14 and 21 November at the Joint Vaccination Centre, Bürgerstaße 2
On Monday, 14 November, and Monday, 21 November, from 1 pm to 6 pm (closing time 5 pm), interested parties can get vaccinated at Bürgerstraße 2 without making an appointment in advance. The Joint Vaccination Centre of the City of Chemnitz and Chemnitz Hospital is offering this additional special vaccination campaign due to the high demand for flu vaccinations and booster vaccinations against SARS-CoV-2 (Corona).
On these two days, only vaccinations against influenza (flu vaccination) and booster vaccinations against SARS-CoV-2 (Corona) will be given. Please bring your health insurance card and vaccination card.
Basic immunisations (1st and 2nd vaccination) and other regular vaccinations cannot be carried out on these two days for logistical reasons. In this case, please use the appointment portal(https://www.chemnitz.de/impfen) to book a regular appointment.
Please note that only limited personnel capacities are available for the special vaccination campaign. A decision on the maximum possible capacity will be made by the vaccination centre and its staff.
In addition, the DRK vaccination centre at Innere Klosterstraße 1 is available for vaccinations against SARS-Cov-2 (Corona) until 31 December 2022. Since this week, vaccinations are also possible there without an appointment.
