5th information exchange for women: Is caring female? - Reconciling care and work
Information from the Equal Opportunities Officer of the City of Chemnitz on the appointment on Thursday, 8 November, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Chemnitz Employment Agency/BIZ
Attendance at the information fair is free of charge. Representatives of the media are cordially invited to the information exchange and reporting.
In all areas, care work is still disproportionately done by women. Household and personal care, such as child rearing, caring and nursing are usually carried out by wives, mothers, grandmothers, daughters and daughters-in-law. Carers often accept considerable professional and personal restrictions and additional burdens in return. The aim of the Women's Info Exchange is to raise awareness of the support available for carers, what they should look out for and what career prospects the care work sector offers them.
