3rd Baumwollbaum am Brühl - the creative Christmas market
A cabaret market and a colourful programme with lots of music invite you to visit the Brühl Boulevard in Chemnitz from 10 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday
Tomorrow , Saturday 6 December , from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., visitors are invited to the third Baumwollbaum am Chemnitz Brühl-Boulevard and thus to the somewhat different, creative Christmas market for young and self-made designers, mini-brands, artists and craftspeople. Brühl manager Urs Luczak: "Everyone, whether private individuals, professional creatives or artists, has the opportunity here at the Baumwollbaum am Brühl to offer their large and small works for sale to a curious and interested public in a festive pre-Christmas atmosphere. We look forward to many visitors!"
In addition to lots of creativity - to admire, buy and give away - and Christmas treats, exhibitors and visitors will also be offered a wide range of entertainment. There will be a musical programme throughout the day to get visitors in the mood for the festive season, including performances by and with the Chemnitz Connection (beatbox and didgeridoo), the 4Tune Quartet unplugged, Holm Krieger on guitar and violin music with the Maniacs. St Nicholas, lantern making (including a lantern procession from 5 pm), story time and fire show, mulled wine and culinary delights will contribute to the festive atmosphere.
Also on the programme: a workshop with architecture student Marlene Stepp from TU Berlin will be held in the Brühl office from 1 pm to 4 pm. Her topic is the presentation of alternative utilisation concepts for vacant rooms and areas.
