All parties concerned shall be notified of the amendment to the land register data by way of public notice. The authorisation to give notice in this manner is derived from Section 14(6) ofthe Saxon Land Register Act (SächsVermKatG)¹.
Pursuant to Section 2 of the SächsVermKatG, the independent city of Chemnitz is responsible for maintaining the data in the land register for its territory. The amendments to the land register data are based on the provisions of Section 14 of the SächsVermKatG.

from 8 October 2026 to 8 November 2026
in Room A402 of the
Building Regulations and Surveying Office

for inspection.

Any changes to the data in the Land Registry shall be deemed to have been notified 7 days after the expiry of the disclosure period. Where the administrative acts carried out also result in changes to the Land Register, these will be notified to the Chemnitz Land Registry Office through official channels.
