Marriage in Grüna town hall
Grüna was first mentioned in a document in 1263 and became part of the municipality in 1999. The name ‘Grüna’ refers to the surrounding area: ‘Grüne Au’.
Grüna is characterised by its recreational opportunities, such as the Rabensteiner Forest to the north.
