Soziales Förderwerk e. V. supports disadvantaged people in their integration into the general labour market. This includes, in particular, supporting people with disabilities.
Its work centres on advising and supporting people with disabilities, their relatives and employers on all issues relating to employment and benefits for participation in working life.
The Soziale Förderwerk e. V. is a provider of specialised integration services in accordance with §§ 192 ff. SGB IX in the Chemnitz, Central Saxony and Central Erzgebirge regions.
Another service offered is the implementation of the "Individual company qualification" (InbeQ) measure in accordance with Section 55 (2) SGB IX in cooperation with ASG - Anerkannte Schulgesellschaft Sachsen mbH.
In addition, Soziales Förderwerk e. V. provides other participation services such as entry procedures/vocational training in the WfbM in accordance with Section 57 SGB IX in the form of a personal budget (Section 29 SGB IX) and services in the work area of the WfbM in accordance with Section 58 SU IX as "Other service providers" in accordance with Section 60 SGB IX.
Soziales Förderwerk e. V. can also offer job coaching as a support service for an employee in the work process in accordance with Section 185 (3e) SGB IX in conjunction with Section 24 SchwbAV. § 24 SchwbAV.
