The people in the Human Aid Collective e. V. have been providing emergency aid for refugees in crisis areas since 2015. From a one-man operation, a collective of 100 volunteers has formed to date, who are regularly involved. The Human Aid Collective e. V. association was founded in 2017 and is recognised as a non-profit organisation. The association's work includes the collection of donations in kind and money, the customs-ready preparation by the team in Chemnitz and the organisation of transport and distribution in areas of catastrophic supply. In Europe, Syria, Yemen, Ukraine and beyond. The decision as to which regions of the countries concerned are supported is based on the current situation at the time of transport. This ensures that the donations arrive exactly where they are needed most.
