New categories added to defect notifier
The defect reporter offers two new categories, which are processed in cooperation with CVAG and inetz.
<pFaults in the city lighting
Lighting defects in public spaces can be reported here. Please state the lantern number (three-line yellow sign). Alternatively, the free fault hotline 0800 111148911 is available.</p
<h4>Damage to public transport stops
For reports of damage to facilities such as passenger shelters, stop railings, dynamic passenger information displays, stop steles, benches or ticket machines. The category "defective or overfilled
paper bins" should still be used for damage to paper bins.</p
