Chemnitz team win bronze
In the landscape gardening discipline, they secured the bronze medal for Germany, finishing behind France and China. Over the course of four days of competition, the two landscape gardeners built and planted a Chinese garden. With 732 points, they were just eleven points behind the winners and thus managed to come out on top against 15 teams from other countries.
Marc-Aurel Spalek and Lennard Weitzmann both work for a company in Chemnitz.
