Around 30 volunteers support the activities in the meeting centre.
Counselling and leisure activities offered by other associations and the contact point for neighbourhood helpers in Chemnitz are located under the umbrella of the Haus der Begegnung.
For many years, the Haus der Begegnung has been an active cooperation partner in community work for neighbourhood management and community coordination.
