ISB Chemnitz e.V. was founded in 2005 and runs the ISB sports centre. The organisation is a sports club with a broad sports focus, which also provides childcare in addition to its sports activities.
The sports activities are organised by the club itself or in cooperation with Chemnitz sports clubs.
The ISB Chemnitz e.V. sports centre is an independent after-school club and is not linked to any primary school in the city of Chemnitz.
The children are driven to the centre after school in the club's own minibuses and cars. Homework is done there and the children are given lunch if they wish.
From 14:00, various sports programmes begin. Twice a year, the ISB after-school sports club children go to a holiday camp organised by the after-school club staff.
