The association networks knowledge and experience - not talking about each other, but with each other!
The members want to get to know each other in order to understand each other better and shape the future together. The prerequisites for this are openness, tolerance and a willingness to understand.
Each individual gets involved out of a sense of responsibility based on their personality. The opinion arising from their life situation is always a personal one. The main aim is to give women from the old and new federal states the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange views on social issues in order to improve and promote understanding of individual points of view.
