Shuttle transport and for concert visitors

Information from the traffic authorities for visitors to the Matthias Reim concert on Saturday, 8 September at Klaffenbach moated castle

On Saturday, 8 September, a concert by Matthias Reim will take place at the Klaffenbach moated castle from 9 pm. According to the organiser, around 4,000 people are expected to attend the concert. From 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, increased traffic is expected in the Klaffenbach district of Chemnitz and in the municipality of Neukirchen.

The organiser is setting up a shuttle service for visitors to the concert between the Kaufland car park (Chemnitzer Straße 65) and Klaffenbach moated castle. The shuttle service will run from 6 pm on Saturday, 8 September until 1 am on Sunday, 9 September.
The following car parks (attached) are also available:
- Car park at Klaffenbach moated castle
- Birch centre
- Baufeld company car park
- Green area.

Visitors to the concert are requested to observe the shuttle service that has been set up, the information boards about parking facilities and the instructions of the stewards on site.
Information for road users: Untere Bergstraße and Schloßschänkenweg between Bahnhofstraße and Am Hutholz will be closed to through traffic in the Neukirchen municipal area (residents free).
