The offer is varied - creative workshops, socio-cultural projects, events for children. On Saturdays, "one of the smallest scenes of the world" offers artistic performances of different genres, f. ex. satirical theatre, mime, puppet theatre or jazz and folk music. Very popular there are also the open air events: summer parties for children or families, concerts, and theatre performances.

The AJZ (Alternative Youth Centre) is a meeting point for young people between 16 and 30. One meets in the video café "Kolonnade", in the pub, in the cinema, in the "Talschock" hall for concerts or in the hip hop club St. Etienne. Furthermore, the house offers a fitness studio, rehearsal rooms, creativity workshops, a sound studio, a media workshop with darkroom as well as a playmobil and playroom for the youngest and even accommodation for small youth groups.

After moving into the house in 1996, ALMA now is the creativity centre for the inhabitants of all age and offers leisure activities for children, different courses, f. ex. The villa is the place where women or women groups use the library, attend courses (f. ex. wendo), seminars, lectures, workshops, visit exhibitions or other events or simply meet each other to exchange ideas or problems. The house is home to the associations Lila Villa e. V., Wildwasser Chemnitz and Pro Familia, that treat primarily women-specific subjects.
